                                                        In 2007 Ethan founded Ethan Beck Homes LLC in order to pursue his interest in sustainable and green building practices.  Ethan is a Middlebury College graduate, a husband and a father of two young boys.  He is a former finish carpenter with a passion for building energy efficient homes. Ethan’s vision is to build responsible homes that match a family’s life style, by honing the options available.  To add to the beauty and character of a neighborhood for generations to come, while reducing their impact on the environment.  Ethan listens to and works closely with prospective homeowners and subcontractors to ensure that all homes are built with the utmost integrity and easily qualify for Northwest ENERGY STAR and Earth Advantage certification

MARK DESBROW green light development

Mark is a real estate developer who focuses on sustainable urban residential projects.  Prior to founding his own development firm, Green Light Development, Mark worked as a developer for Opus Northwest where he sourced and managed $130M worth of newly built LEED Gold Mixed Use projects in Portland.  Mark started his development career working for an affordable housing non-profit and before then as the Vice President of a large senior housing development firm.  Mark is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College and Portland State University’s Real Estate Development Graduate Program.  A father to Sunny and Baxter, Mark and his wife, Jess “eat his own cooking” and reside at Waverly Commons, a community developed by Green Light.
